    BEATING THE WINTER BLUES It’s that time of year.  Mid-winter (ugh!)  And like most people, I am counting the days until spring. As a Minnesota native, however, I’ve learned to fight the urge to hibernate and boost my mood in small, simple ways. These are my top five tips for staying sane January through March.             1.
